Bold Vibrancy for Chamber Musicians 

This viola produces a bold, rounded sound. The upper register speaks with a direct, clear tone; the middle register carries a bronzed, vibrant brightness; and the lower register resonates with warmth and depth.

The instrument possesses a mellow, well-balanced character across all ranges, supported by a deep resonance that reflects the use of century-old aged wood in its construction. Its rounded tone excels at bridging the upper soprano voices with the lower bass, while its natural vibrancy allows it to project beautifully in solo passages. This viola is particularly well suited for chamber music settings, where its tonal richness and versatility can be fully appreciated

It is currently strung with Rondo strings for added vibrancy. 

San-Ha Park is an accomplished guitar maker and luthier, crafting commissioned acoustic and electric guitars as well as developing competition-grade violins and violas. He has won multiple awards from the Violin Makers Association of Arizona International, including the 2021 Gold Medal in Violin Tone. San-Ha studied Guitar Craft and Acoustic Guitar Design at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood and apprenticed with guitar luthier Kathy Wingert, who encouraged him to pursue violin making.
