Processing & Handling Time
Under normal circumstances, verified instrument orders are shipped within 7 business days. This time allows for our exceptional in-house setup services performed by professional luthiers at our Los Angeles workshop — a quality of service far beyond what typical online retailers offer.
Shipping Methods

Most domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground.

Lightweight items may ship via USPS.

Carrier selection is not available — we choose the best method based on your order.
FedEx Ground typically delivers within 6 business days, though we ask that you allow up to 14 business days to accommodate setup, seasonal delays, and weather disruptions.
Payment & Verification
All orders are subject to a 24-hour verification period to confirm your billing details with your financial institution.
To prevent delays:

Ensure your billing address and phone number match your bank records.

We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

We only ship to the billing address associated with your payment method.
Order Timing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Most verified credit/debit card orders ship within 48 hours after verification.

Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will not be processed.

Orders over $99.99 may qualify for free shipping within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).

Free shipping does not apply to returns, exchanges, or reshipped items.

P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address that matches your billing information is required.
APO/FPO Shipping
Most items can be shipped via USPS to APO/FPO addresses, with the exception of oversized or heavyweight items (e.g., cellos, cello cases).
Additional handling fees may apply.

If your order requires verification, we may contact you. Please respond to our request within 72 hours to avoid cancellation and refund.

Canceling an Order
To cancel your order before it is processed, call us at 213-471-2124.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery for any reason other than visible damage:

You are responsible for both original and return shipping fees, plus any additional charges incurred.
Oversized-Item Shipping Policy
Some items (e.g., large instruments and cases) require special freight handling.

Shipping charges may apply for oversized items within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states).

Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items.

Delivery may take 1–6 weeks, depending on location and carrier schedules.
We do not ship oversized items to:

P.O. Boxes

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations

Oversized Delivery Info

Freight carriers will call 24–48 hours in advance to schedule delivery.

Delivery is to curbside or ground-level entrances only.
Additional fees may apply for:

Apartment deliveries

Difficult access or stairs

Inside or room-of-choice delivery
An adult signature is required at delivery.
IMPORTANT:
Inspect your package before signing. If there is visible damage:

Ask the driver to inspect it with you.

If damaged, refuse the shipment and write: “Refused due to damage.”
