Viola Bow by Pascal Camurat, France

Trained at the Mittenwald School, Pascal Camurat is a luthier and bow maker whose career encompasses all facets of the craft: making, restoration, sound adjustment, trade, and expertise. He made his first bow in 1984 in Los Angeles, and has since created nearly one thousand bows, each one a renewed pleasure. After leading the historic Rue de Rome workshop in Paris for 15 years with his brother Bernard, he is now based in Montpellier, where he continues to make new bows and violins.
