Online Request Home Trial Policy

We want you to feel confident in choosing the perfect instrument or bow. To support this, we offer a 14-day in-home trial program designed with your satisfaction and our care in mind.

Trial Period & Items

• Enjoy a 14-day trial period from the date of delivery to test your selected instruments and bows.

• You may trial up to 2 instruments and 3 bows at a time.

• If you'd like to try more items or need an extended trial, please contact us to discuss available options.

Shipping & Trial Fee

• A shipping and handling fee applies to home trials. This fee covers both outbound and return shipping costs.

• If you purchase any item(s) from your trial, the full fee will be credited toward your purchase.

• If no purchase is made, the fee is non-refundable.

Payment & Security

• A valid credit card is required to start your trial.

• We reserve the right to charge your card for the full retail value of all trialed items if:

  • Items are not returned,
  • Items are returned damaged, or
  • You fail to respond within the trial window.

Return & Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in the original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend insuring your return shipment for full value.

• Items must be returned clean, undamaged, and complete, with no signs of excessive wear.

• We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements in cases of damage or missing accessories.

   

   

Customer Responsibilities

• Please notify us within 14 days if you wish to return your items or keep them.

• Failure to return items within the trial period or failure to notify us may result in full charges.

• If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery window, or provide an inaccurate address, the shipping and handling fee will still apply.

Additional Protections 

• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for items returned with wear or damage beyond normal trial use.

• We require a signed trial agreement outlining these terms before shipment.

• Trial availability and item eligibility may be limited by location, instrument type, and inventory.
